Alliance Health Project
Founded as the AIDS Health Project in 1984, AHP is one of the longest-running mental health organizations in the world for people with HIV- and LGBTQ-related concerns. Services include therapy, support groups, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, substance abuse services, and HIV counseling and testing.
Center of Excellence for Transgender Health
The Center of Excellence for Transgender Health (CoE)’s mission is to increase access to comprehensive, effective, and affirming health care services for trans communities. Programs include:

A registered campus organization consisting of both health science students and graduate students. - Graduate and Postdoc Queer Alliance (GPQA)
The Graduate and Postdoc Queer Alliance works to build an active community of LGBTQI researchers at UCSF by hosting events for LGBT students, post-docs, and others.
UCSF Child & Adolescent Gender Center Clinic
A collaboration between UCSF and community organizations, the CAGC Clinic offers comprehensive medical and psychological care, as well as advocacy and legal support, to gender non-conforming/transgender youth and adolescents.
UCSF Committee on LGBTQ
An interdisciplinary committee that examines issues of concern to the UCSF LGBT community and makes recommendations to the Vice Chancellor of Diversity and Outreach on issues related to biases and discrimination on sexual orientation and gender identity.
UCSF LGBTQIA+ Health Forum
A unique, student-organized annual program that provides attendees the opportunity to learn more about the health care needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and become better prepared to serve LGBTQIA+ patients in the clinical arena.
